Upon arriving at Rambla, Palma Center, I found the hotel to be a mixed bag in terms of luxury and value. the housekeeping was satisfactory, ensuring a clean and tidy space, and the central location was convenient for exploring the city. the check, in process left much to be desired, with a lack of clarity and communication leading to confusion and frustration. the room itself was comfortable, though some furniture showed signs of wear and tear. While the amenities such as the patio and Wi, Fi in rooms added some value to the stay, the overall experience was marred by the lack of attention to detail and customer service. the hotel's pricing seemed somewhat steep compared to the level of luxury provided, making it difficult to justify the cost. Rambla, Palma Center offers a decent accommodation option for a brief stay, with clean rooms and a convenient location.
